Guided by locals, you’ll try rice planting and traditional basket fishing using the famous ‘nom’ basket net technique — surrounded by rice paddies, water buffalo, and peaceful countryside. After a midday break to relax and refuel, get ready for one of the highlights of your journey. Around 3:30pm, you’ll be picked up in an open-top vintage Jeep for a countryside adventure through Ninh Binh’s scenic backroads.
